Product structure
From the inside out of the components were conductors, insulation layer, filling layer, (steel layer), sheathed layer. Characteristics
1.The rated power frequency UO / U is 0.6 / 1KV.
2.Operating temperature:
Long-term working temperature does not exceed 70 ℃,the laying temperature is not lower than 0 ℃; When a short-circuit (the longest duration of no more than 5s) cable conductor allows the maximum temperature is 160 ℃ Cable laying ambient temperature should not be lower than 0 ℃.
3.Allowed bending radius: not less than 10 times the cable diameter;
Laying installation
Cable laying should use special tools, such as pay-off frame, guide roller etc., to prevent mechanical damage during the process of laying, away from heat source. When cable wearing tube and laying, the pipe diameter is not less than 1.5 times the cable diameter, multiple cable wearing tube to prohibit cable extrusion, the total area of the cable does not exceed 40% of the total area of the tube.
Use
