Usually our MOQ is 3000pcs. but we accept lower quantity for your trial order.

2. Can I get samples?

Yes, Sure, we usually provide exiting sample for free. But a little a sample charge for custom designs. Samples charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity. We usually send samples by FedEx, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, It will be fine to ship with your account, if not you can pay the freight charge to our account, we will ship with our account. It takes about 5-~10days to reach.

3. How long is the sample lead time?

For existing samples, it takes 2-3days.They are free. If you want your own designs.

It takes 5-7days, subject to you designs whether they need new mold etc.

4. How long is the production lead time ?

It takes 30days for MOQ, We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

5. What format of file do you need if I want my own design ?

We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.

6. How many colors are available?

We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.

7. Which Kind of certificate would you have ?

8. How much does it cost to ship to my country?
A: The freight will be given by the freight company based on your Gross Weight and CBM.
