A: Yes, we already obtained CE and UL certificates. We will applying the certificates for your country if your country need a different certificates.
Q: What is your delivery time normally?
A: It depends on the quantity and model. Normally, the delivery time is 7 days for 100 sets AC charger and 15 days for 100 sets DC charger.
Q: What is your payment terms regarding sample order and batch order?
A: The payment for sample order is 100% upon PO releasing. The payment for batch order is 50% as deposit and balance should be paid before parts delivery.
